Vegetarian Cooking Class with Master Chef Kwang Hooi Khor who will be teaching how to make delicious Vegetarian Yee Sang (Prosperity Toss).

‘Yee Sang or Yu Sheng’ is a salad made with fresh vegetables, fruits and crackers. Also known as ‘prosperity toss’, yee sang is a must have during Chinese New Year in Malaysia and Singapore. It is a fun, colourful and delicious salad.

Located in the Chung Tian Temple Stage 1, Dining Hall.
