Sustainable Living: Nature Journalling

Join a local artist for a short, gentle nature walk near the centre and learn the basics of the calming, creative practice of Nature Journalling. Close observation and recording of the natural world can be a wonderful form of meditative expression, and provides an opportunity for stillness, reflection, and mindful connection with nature. Participants are invited to remain in the reserve after the session to continue with their journal.
