Dylan is a qualified chef with over 20 years of experience in Australia and internationally in highly awarded restaurants in the UK, Spain, New Zealand, Thailand and ski chalets in the Alps.
Previously, he owned a restaurant in the Gold Coast Hinterland alongside a winery with a ‘paddock to plate’ dining experience. Now, he continues to pursue his food dream through restaurant consulting and a gourmet food range of handcrafted rubs and sauces.
